MEGAN LINFORD PORTFOLIO
ABOUT
I am a graduate of the University of Lincoln with a BA (Hons) and MA in Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
I recently spent three months as a placement student with Birmingham Museums Trust working as a general conservator. While I was there I was involved with various projects, including a loan of items from the Staffordshire Hoard to the British Museum.
I also was able to work for Ogilvie-Vaile Conservation during this time, cleaning documents and preparing them for shipping to the Getty Institute in America.
In the past, I volunteered in the conservation department of the Shropshire Archives, where I was able to gain my first hands-on taste of conservation.
